Mr. Feola’s design excellence spans more than 30 million square feet of office, regional malls, medical office buildings, congregate-care facilities, hotels, restaurants and retail developments. He has been at the forefront of commercial interior design, renovation and award-winning urban development projects in countries throughout the world. Andy focuses on conceptualizing Accord’s developments and guiding the entitlement, design and construction processes. Andy’s internationally-recognized projects include the Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, athletic venues for the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles, and the design of more than three million square feet within Madinaty, a modern master-planned community in New Cairo, Egypt. In addition, Andy has been instrumental in conceiving designs for such recognized brands as Foot Locker, Williams-Sonoma, and Pottery Barn.
