In September 2001 Accord formed a company to acquire the property located at 1545 N. Wilcox Avenue, Hollywood, CA, known as Hollywood News Building. The project, built in 1923, is comprised of 42,350 square feet of creative office space located in the heart of Hollywood’s revitalized business area. Acquisition financing was provided by Nomura Asset Capital Corporation, and equity funding was provided by the principals. The 100% occupied building was subsequently sold.
