In June 2001 Accord formed a company to acquire the property located at 1320 N. Harper Avenue, West Hollywood, CA, known as Isola Bella Townhome Apartments. The project, built in 1994, was immediately renovated, restoring the property to its original beauty. The fourteen townhomes, located in the heart of the Historic Harper District, firmly establish Accord in the high-end residential market in Los Angeles. Acquisition financing was provided by Fremont Investment and Loan, and equity funding was provided by the principals.
The property was sold to a local investor in October 2002.
